Here is the step by step guide on rooting your Motorola Droid X easily.
Step 1: Download DroidXRoot.zip and extract all folder on your desktop (Links Posted at the bottom of the post)
Step 2: On your phone, Go to Setting >> Applications >> Development >> Enable DEBUGGING Mode
Step 3: Connect your Droid X to your computer.
Step 4: Launch the DroidXRoot.exe
Step 5: Just Click ROOT ME to root your Droid X
Note: If it doesn’t root and you are turning Bluetooth on and off, try turning WiFi on/off instead!
