HTC Firmware တင္မယ္ ဆိုရင္ သိသင္႔ တာက Region နဲ႔ Main Version ပါ ။ပံု မွန္ s-on အလံုး ေတြ မွာ ဆိုရင္ Region ကိုက္ ရပါတယ္ ။မကိုက္ ပဲ ေရး လို႔ မရပါဘူး ။ ၿပီး ေတာ႔ Main Version ကတူ ရင္တူ မတူ ရင္ ၿမင္႔ ရပါမယ္ ။အဲ႔ ဒါေတြ သိ ဖို႔ အတြက္ ဖုန္း ရဲ႔ fastboot ကို ၀င္ၿပီး ေအာက္ကcommand ရိုက္ပါ ။

မိမိ ဖုန္း ရဲ႔ Region သိဖို႔ ဖုန္း ရဲ႕ cid နံပတ္ သိရပါမယ္

How To Download Correct Firmware or Rom For HTC.

i seen many of people have problem to flash htc,because of they don't know which file is correct for their phone.

Let me explain you,what you have to do first when you get htc in your shop.

1.adb fastboot must be installed.
Q.don't know what is adb and fastboot ?it's ok look below
A.Fastboot & ADB Tool with Driver [Solution]

2.for get correct firmware for htc mobile,you must have to know cid and main-ver.
Q.how to know cid and main-ver,i'm totally new to htc ?
A.after setup adb and fastboot,you have to write simple commands..
command for cid:fastboot getvar cid
command for main-ver:fastboot getvar all
we need this info letter,keep it note.

3.now you have cid and main-ver,so you can download file now.
but please before download file check this thread and match your cid to know carrier and country.

4.you must have to know htc file description.

RUU = rom update utility.
Bravo = phone model.
Froyo = phone android version.
O2_UK= Carrier of firmware.
2.14.207.1 = main version of rom.

5.now you already know your carrier by cid,and main-ver.
just download rom which carrier is same,and main-ver equal or higher.

if your cid is =1111111 that's mean you have super cid you can write any rom on your phone,but main-ver should be higher.

Requirements

• An HTC One X with unlocked bootloader and ClockworkMod Recovery installed
  • Check out these guides on how to unlock your phone’s bootloader and how to flash ClockworkMod Recovery on your mobile phone.
  • You can also check out this toolkit that will easily unlock, root, and flash ClockworkMod Recovery to your HTC One X.
• A Windows PC
• Handset USB drivers installed on the PC. You may install the drivers by installing HTC Sync.
• Enable USB debugging on your handset.
• Disable antivirus, firewall, and other security software. Also disable HTC Sync and other software that accesses your phone. Such software can interfere with the procedure in this guide.
• Download the following files:
  • IceColdJelly AOKP version 0.6 ROM (aokp_endeavoru_Aug-03-12-V0.6.zip, md5sum: 5076590195e1a19441ed674429aaeb74)
  • Jelly Bean GApps (Google Apps) package (gapps-jb-20120726-signed.zip, md5sum: f62cfe4a827202899919fd932d5246d7)
  • Fastboot package (Flash_Boot.zip, 477.86 kB)
• Backup all personal data on your phone to make sure you have a copy of your personal data (e.g., contacts, SMS, MMS, Internet settings, Wi-Fi passwords, and the like) in case the procedure in this guide erases such data.
  • For backup tips, check our guides on how to sync your data to the cloud and how to create local backups of your mobile data.

Instructions

1. Extract the Fastboot package ZIP file into a folder on your computer.
2. Copy the the ROM and the GApps package to your phone’s SD card.
3. Open the IceColdJelly AOKP ROM ZIP file and look for the boot.img file. Extract the file and place it in the folder where you extracted the Fastboot files.
4. Switch off your mobile phone.
5. Reboot your phone into Bootloader Mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the Volume Down key and Power button until bootloader boots.
   • NOTE: While in Bootloader Mode, use the Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to select an option.
6. Highlight Fastbootand select it to boot into Fastboot Mode.
7. Connect your phone to the computer via USB cable. The bootloader screen should say “FASTBOOT USB.”
8. On your computer, go to the extraction folder and click the flash-boot-windows.bat file. This will flash the kernel to your mobile phone.
9. You will see a command prompt with an “OKAY/finished” message once the flashing the boot image is done.
10. On your phone, select Bootloaderto go back to the main bootloader menu.
11. Select Recoveryto boot into ClockworkMod Recovery.
12. Perform a full wipe (you can skip this step if you are updating from a previous build of IceColdJelly AOKP ROM):
    • Select Wipe data/factory reset and confirm the action on the next screen.
    • Select Wipe cache partitionand confirm the action on the next screen.
    • Go to the main menu and select Advanced.From there, select Wipe Dalvik cache and perform the action on the next screen.
13. Go back to the main menu and select Install ZIP from SD card.
14. Select Choose ZIP from SD cardand locate the aokp_endeavoru_Jul-30-12-V0.4.zipfile. 
15. Go back and flash the Jelly Bean GApps package in the same manner as in steps 13 and 14.
16. Return to the main menu and select Reboot system now to restart your mobile phone.

Congratulations! You have successfully upgraded your HTC One X to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean by flashing the IceColdJelly AOKP ROM.
