Downloading Required Files:

1. Root Package

III. Rooting the Sony Xperia Tipo ST21i:

၁.ေဒါင္းထားတဲ႔ ဖိုင္ ကို တစ္ေန ရာ မွာ ၿဖည္ပါ ။

၂. USB debugging ကိုအမွန္ၿခစ္ပါ ။ Menu>>Settings>>Developer options>>USB debugging.

၃. ဖုန္း ဖြင္႔ ၿပီး ကြန္ၿပဴတာ နဲ႔ ခ်ိတ္ ပါ ။

၄. ၿဖည္ ထား တဲ႔ folder ထဲ က RunMe.bat ကို ဖြင္႔ ပါ ။

၅. Normal mode ကို ေရြးပါ ။

ကဲေဒါင္းလုပ္ၿပီးသြားရင္ေတာ့ စၿပီး Root ၾကရေအာင္ဗ်ာ။



အရင္ဆံုး firmware ကို 11.0.A.3.28_WE.ftf ျဖစ္ေအာင္ၿပန္ေရးပါမယ္ ။
ၿပီး မွ root လုပ္ ရမွာ ပါ ။

Flash tool ကို သံုးနည္း ႏွင္႔ တကြ တင္ထားေပးၿပီး ၿဖစ္ေသာ ေၾကာင္႔ ၿပန္မေရး ေတာ႔ ပါဘူး ။

Flashtool နဲ႕ ေရးရပါမယ္။ မေရးတက္ ရင္ ဆိုဒ္ ထဲ မွာ ေရးၿပီးသားရွိတယ္ ရွာဖတ္ၾကည္႕ ပါ ။
1. Download Flashtool 0.9.6.0 from Flashtool Homepage:

2. ကြန္ၿပဴတာ မွာ သြင္းလိုက္ပါ ။
3. Flashtool ဖြင္႔ ၿပီး ဖုန္း နဲ႔ ခ်ိတ္ လိုက္ပါ ။(enable USB debugging first/turn on unknown sources)
4. Root button ႏိုပ္ပါ(second in row)
5. "waiting for restore to finish" လို႔ေတြ႔ ရင္ သင္႔ ဖုန္း ထဲ က Backup&Restore app ကို ဖြင္႔ပါ   RootMe.tar ဖိုင္ကို restore လုပ္ေပးလိုက္ပါ ။

Driver သြင္းမယ္

• Flash tool အရင္ သြင္းပါ။ extract Xperia J Driver (ST26.rar) ။ရလာ တဲ႔ ဖိုင္ ကို ST26.ftd ကို c:\Flashtool\devices\  ထဲ ကူး ထည္႔ ပါ ။

Flash tool သံုးနည္း ကို ဆိုဒ္ ထဲ တင္ ထားေပး ၿပီး သားမလို႔ ၿပန္ၿပ ေတာ႔ ပါ ဘူူ ။

Step 2

• Flashtool ဖိုင္ ထဲ က 11.0.A.3.28 (Old)11.0.A.3.28 (Old) ဖိုင္ ကို Firmware ထဲ ကူးထဲ ၿပီး အဲ႔ ဖိုင္ နဲ႔  ေဆာ႔၀္ ၿပန္ေရးပါ ။

Step 3

• ေဒါင္းထားတဲ႔ Root with Restore by Bin4ry ဖိုင္ကို ၿဖည္ပါ ။
• အဲ႔ထဲက runme”.bat ကို ဖြင္႔ပါ ။
• 1 ႏို္ပ္ ၿပီး enter ေခါက္ ပါ ။
• ဖုန္း မွာ Restore My Data ကို ႏိုပ္ ေပးလိုက္ ၿပီး ခဏ ေစာင္႔ ပါ ။
• အားလံုးၿပီး သြား ရင္ သင္႔ ဖုန္း root ၿဖစ္ပါ ၿပီ ။ super su ေလး ကို ေတြ႕ ရပါၿပီ ။

Step ၄

• version ၿပန္ၿမင္႔ ခ်င္တဲ႔ သူဆိုရင္ 11.0.A.7.5 (New) ထည္႔ ၿပီး ၿပန္ေရးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။မတင္လဲရပါတယ္ ။
• သတိထားရန္!! wipe data ကို အမွန္ၿခစ္ ၿဖဳတ္ပါ ။

Step 6

• Super su မရွိေတာ႔ ပါ ဘူး
• ေဒါင္းထား တဲ႔ Xperia Root ဖိုင္ ကို 02-push-root-files ဖြင္႔ ပါ
• Your phone will reboot and new application installed call Superuser
• Now New firmware has been rooted!

SE Xperia Arc bootloader unlocked

1. Download:
-fastboot package: www.multiupload.com/BMJ24IL6XY
-32/64bit drivers: www.multiupload.com/0XZV1LXRVA
2. Go to: unlockbootloader.sonyericsson.com/instructions
3. At the bottom click 'Continue' and enter your IMEI (type *#06# to find out), name and email address
4. You should now receive your unique unlock key
5. Extract fastboot.rar and open fastboot folder
6. Hold SHIFT and right click on the background of the folder
7. Select 'Open command window here'
8. Connect your phone in fastboot mode (turn phone off, hold menu button and plug in USB Cable)
9. In the cmd windows type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version
10. If a value is returned, it means the phone is correctly connected
11. Type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY and replace KEY with the key provided in step 4.
12. You're device should now be bootloader unlocked

This is just a temporary recovery for you so be careful not to flash it. Now wait and your phone will reboot, you will see the FREE XPERIA splash screen and your device will now enter temp CWM recovery On your phone choose install custom zip, locate the rootxperia.zip you added earlier in your SD card and flash it. Reboot, your device is now rooted.

How to Root the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V (MT11i) running Android 4.0.4 with a locked bootloader

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo recently got updated to Android 4.0 and while that is great news, it broke root access for many users.  This guide will show you how to fix that and regain root – read on to know how.

I.  Before You Begin

1.  This procedure works on the Xperia Neo V with a locked bootloader running Android 4.0.4.  If you have an unlocked bootloader, look to our post on the same to know how to root it.
2.  Remember to back up your data before you proceed any further!

II.  Necessary Downloads

1.  .431 Firmware (download the .431 ftf firmware for your device and save it to your computer)
2.  Flashtool v0.8.6.0.
3. .562 Kernel tft (download the .562 ftf firmware for your device and save it to your computer)
3. Root zip (download the .zip file under downloads)

III.  Flashing the .431 Firmware

1.  Double-click on flashtool .exe you downloaded above and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
2.  Copy  both .ftf files you downloaded above to C:\Flashtool\firmwares on your harddrive.
3.  Open the Flashtool application after installation and click on the Flash icon (the one with the thunder symbol).
4.  You should be presented with two options:  Flashmode and Fastboot Mode.  Select Flashmode.
5.  Choose the kernel with the version number .431 in it and click on OK.  Follow the on-screen instructions on how to boot your device into fasboot mode and connect your device. Also, make sure”No Final Verification” is marked
6.  Reboot device.
This will have flashed your kernel back to .431 which is rootable.

IV.  Flashing the MT11i_4.1.A.0.562 Kernel

1.  Follow the same steps as described in Section III above until Step 5.
2.  On Step 5, select MT11i_4.1.A.0.562 instead of MT11i_4.1.B.0.431.
3.  Continue with the rest of the steps as in Section III.
You should now have an Xperia Neo running the .431 firmware but running a .562 kernel.

V.  Rooting the Xperia Neo V

1.  Enable USB Debugging on your device.  You can do this by heading to Settings > Applications > USB Debugging and checking the tickbox next to it.
2.  Enable installation of non-Market applications.  To do this, go to Settings > Applications and check the Unknown Sources tickbox.
3.  Connect your device to your Windows PC.
4.  Extract the DooMLoRD_v1_Xperia-2011-ICS-ROOT-emu-busybox-su.zip that you downloaded above to a folder on your desktop.
5.  From the extracted folder, double-click on runme.bat to run the DooMLoRD tool.
6.  Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the process to be complete (your device will reboot several times during the procedure).

• get the IMEI code for ur device: type *#06# in phone dialer to find it out, note only the digits (no dashes)
• download the fastboot package with usb drivers (alternate drivers if the ones in package dont work)
• make sure u have a windows PC with USB cable to connect the phone
• power down ur phone and keeping the Volume Up button pressed connect the USB cable to PC this will trigger FASTBOOT mode and windows will start driver installation, extract the above package and point the driver install to that location (usb_driver) folder
• once drivers are installed just disconnect cable and power on device

1. Go to: http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/ and read everything!
2. At the bottom click 'Start Unlocking the Bootloader'

8. Extract fastboot_with_Android_USB_file.rar and open fastboot folder
9. Hold SHIFT and right click on the background of the folder
10. Select 'Open command window here'
11. Connect your phone in fastboot mode (turn phone off, hold Volume UP button and plug in USB Cable) [make sure drivers are installed as explained above)
12. In the cmd windows type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version
13. If a value is returned (it will return 0.5), it means the phone is correctly connected
14. Type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY and replace KEY with the key which u received earlier.
15. You're device should now be bootloader unlocked

1. download the kernel.elf
2. save the it in the folder with fastboot binaries (fastboot.exe files)
3. power down device
4. start device in fastboot mode
5. use the following command to flash the kernel.elf

Steps and Procedure to Unlock Bootloader of Sony Ericsson Xperia Phones

1. First you must have unlocking bootloader key. In order to get the key you need visit the Ericsson website click here to go. After opening the webpage scroll down to the bottom and click on ‘Start unlocking the boot loader’.

2. In the next also do same thing scroll to bottom of the page and click ‘Continue’.

3. Next, in a new page a message will appear ‘Are you really sure?’ there you need to click on ‘Yes, I’m sure’ button to continue.

4. Accept all the Legal terms by clicking on the boxes and then click on ‘I accept’.

5. Under Create Unlock request, you need to enter the information such as Name, IMEI number and E-mail. (For getting the IEMI number dial *#06# in the phone). After entering all details then, click the ‘Submit’ button.

6. Then, somewhere on the next page, you will find boot loader unlock key. Copy that key on your notepad and save it to a known location in your Computer.

7. Download the Sony Xperia device USB drivers for both windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit from here . After downloading the file extract it and don’t do anything.

8. Again download the fastboot with android usb file package from here. Extract the zip file at somewhere else in your PC.

9. After extracting the file. Open the folder HOLD shift key in the keyboard and right click with mouse on the fastboot folder. Within a second, the list will pop up where you need to select ‘Open command window here’.

10. Now switch off the device and connect your device to PC with USB cable by holding some important button in the device. It may varies from device to devices. check out below things then you will get an idea.

• For Xperia arc, arc S, neo, neo V, pro you need to hold Menu button.
• For Xperia PLAY hold Search Button.
• For Xperia mini, mini pro, ray, active, Live with Walkman, Xperia S hold volume up button.

11. After connecting the device to the PC. Then in the command window, type the command without inverted commas " fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version ". If it shows some kind of value in result then your device has been connected successfully.

12. Once again, type this command without inverted commas " fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY "(in this command you need to replace the word key with the unique key, which you have noted down in step 6).

How to Root Sony Xperia Neo/Neo V ICS 4.0.4 4.1.B.0.431 Firmware

Today our tutorial How to Root Sony Xperia Neo/Neo V on Android 4.0.4 ICS 4.1.B.0.431 Firmware. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo was launched by Sony a year ago. Xperia Neo was shipped with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread and Sony promised that it will be updated to ICS. Both phones loaded with same specifications and features 1 GHz scorpion processor and Snapdragon chipset can handle ICS very well. Sony released the Android 4.0.3 ICS few months ago but users reported lots of bugs. Few weeks ago Sony has rolled out the new Android 4.0.4 ICS update for both Neo MT15 and Neo V MT11 devices with 4.1.B.0.431 Firmware version that fixed most of the issues. But it will revoked the root access on all rooted devices. If you want to get root access again on latest Android ICS update 4.0.4 then you can follow this guide.

If you are on Android 4.0.3 then you can update to 4.0.4 and root your device easily using the rooted kernel. The tutorial is very simple, you just need to flash rooted kernel and install Superuser SU app later you can install custom clockworkmod recovery to flash new firmware.

Warning: We are not responsible if the device is bricked or damaged. Do it as your own risk.

Pre-requisite:

1. Required Original International Sony Xperia Neo and Neo V Device ICS running 4.1.B.0.431 Firmware with locked bootloader only. It doesn't works on unlocked bootloaders.
2. There are few data you need to backup such as Music, Videos, Images, Contacts, Call Logs, SMS, APN and MMS Settings should be backed up before starting the update process.

3. The minimum battery requirement for the completion of the process is 70%.

4. It is necessary to disable the Security suites on your Sony Xperia, for this you can follow the path Settings > Security > Mark “Unknown sources” and check it.

5. Again, under settings, ensure that USB Debugging option has been enabled by navigating to the ‘Settings > Development Options> Development > USB debugging’.

Note: For 4.1.B.0.431 Firmware there is no rooting procedure but we can root in different way by changing the kernel version to old one. Because old kernel ICS 4.0.3 4.1.A.0.562 can be rooted with flash tool.

Here goes flashing old kernel to Sony Xperia Neo/Neo V

1. Download MT11i_4.1.A.0.562_kernel.ftf from here to your PC.

2. And download one more tool i.e. flashtool-0.9.0.0-windows.exe for Sony Xperia Devices from here into the PC.

3. Install the Flashtool software in the PC. After installing it, go to C: Drive and open the flashtool folder. There you will get drivers folder open the folder and run the flashtool-drivers.exe. Select the Neo device and click on install button. It will going to install compatible ADB drivers for your specific Neo/ Neo V mobile.

4. Well its’ time to copy the downloaded kernel file MT11i_4.1.A.0.562_kernel.ftf into C:/flashtool/firmwares folder.

5. Now run the flashtool.exe application. A medium size window will be displayed on the screen.

6. Click on thunder icon on top left side, there you will see a small dialog window with two different options flashmode and fastboot mode. Select flashmode and click ok for further step.

7. Select the MT11i_4.1.A.0.562_kernel.ftf on left side and also tick mark the No Final Verification at right side. Click on OK button to proceed for next step.

8. A window will be opened and you need to enter fastboot mode. It indicates unplug the device from the PC, Power off the device, Press the back button and hold it, again plug the USB cable to the PC.

9. It will take 2 or 3 minutes to complete the flashing process. Device will take some time to load and it will stay at Sony logo for long period. So don’t worry be patience the device will loaded without any problems.

That’s it you have successfully installed pervious kernel on your device. It’s time to root the device with easy guide.

Steps and Instructions to Root Sony Xperia NEO V on Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0.4 Firmware:

1. Download the DooMLoRD_v1_Xperia-2011-ICS-ROOT-emu-busybox-su.zip file from here into your PC.

2. Extract the zip file with the help of winrar or winzip. Once extracted you will get runme.bat file in the folder. 

3. Double click and run the runme.bat file, a command prompt window will be opened.

4. Now connect the device to PC via USB cable. If “PC companion software” is prompted on the device Skip it. Press any button to start the rooting process.

5. It will be going to install Busybox and Superuser SU in the device.

6. When the process is finished it shows a dialog screen with the message “All Done". After booting the device you will able to get SU app in the app list. That means rooting has done perfectly.

Again you need to go back from current old 4.1.A.0.562 kernel to stock firmware ics 4.0.4 4.1.B.0.431 kernel. Although you didn’t go back nothing will be happen for your own satisfaction you can revert back stock kernel for perfect running of device.

1. Download 4.1.B.0.431 kernels into PC.

For Sony Xperia Neo MT15 from here. 

For Sony Xperia Neo V MT11i from here.

2. After download them Copy both ftf files into C:/flashtool/firmwares folder.

3.Run flashtool software and click on thunderbolt icon. Select flashmode and jump to next step.

4. On below you can select kernel based on your device. If your device is Neo then select MT15. Suppose the device is Neo V then select MT11. Click OK for starting the process.

5. After the completion of the flashing process, turn your device ON. This time your device is going to take some longer duration to open then the usual. Wait till it boot.

6. Then, download the ‘Root Checker’ app from Google PLAY Store to check whether your device is rooted or not.

Congratulation now! By following the clearly mention above process you have successfully rooted your Sony Xperia NEO and NEO V.

(၃)ေဒါင္းလုပ္ဆြဲထားေသာ zip ဖိုင္ထဲမွ fastboot.zip ဖိုင္ကို အရင္ၿဖည္ပါ။
(၄) မိမိနဲ ့ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ USB နဲ ့ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ပါမယ္။ အဲဒီလိုခ်ိတ္ဆက္တဲ့အခါမွာ VolumeUp Key ကိုဖိထားၿပီးမွ
usb ထိုးပါ။ ဖံုးမွာတြင္ အၿပာေရာင္မီးေလး လင္းလာပါက ခ်ိတ္ဆက္မႈေအာင္ၿမင္ပါတယ္။

Desktop မွာ Download ဆြဲထားေသာ (Super One Click Root.rar ) ဖိုင္ ကိုၿဖည္ပါ။
အဆင္႔ ၃ :
Root လုပ္မဲ႔ Phone ကို USB Cable ကြန္ၿပဴတာနဲ႔ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ပါ။
Phone Setting>>Applications>>Unknown sources ႏွင္႔ Development>>မွ
USB debugging ကို Enable လုပ္ေပးပါ။

How to Root Sony Xperia Live Walkman WT19i

1. For the first step, you must download a few apps and save them to your PC. Don’t worry as the tools are free distributed.
2. Download Flash tool (download link here), Firmware WT19i_4.0.2.A.0.58 (use this link), Doom lord rooting kit (from here) and CWM Recovery image (download link here).
3. First of all unzip the Flash tool file and install the same on your computer.
4. Then, unzip the firmware; you will get the .ftf file. Go and place it to the “C:/Drive > flashtool > firmwares>”.
5. Make sure that there are no other files stored in the up mentioned directory. If different delete the firmware and then place the .ftf file.
6. Connect the smartphone with the computer.
7. Open flash tool, go to “file” and select “flash mode”.
8. Click “ok”.
9. From the list that opens select “Wipe User Data” and “Wipe Cache” and click “ok”.
10. In the end the handset will reboot.
11. Turn it off and reboot by pressing volume down, home and power button.
12. Flash the firmware with flashing tool.
13. Go to your PC and unzip the Doomlord root kit.
14. Run the “runme.bat” executable (your device must be connected with the computer).
15. You can update your phone from “Settings -> About Phone”; don’t do the same by using the PC Companion.
16. When the update operation is finished, go to the PC and unzip CWM.
17. Install and then run the second file script: wt19i.install-cmw2.cmd.
18. Make sure USB debugging mode enabled and displays screen timeout set to 10min.

3. It will run rooting script and you will see a command prompt like below
4. Now connect your phone to pc 
5. Once your phone successfully connected to pc , hit any key to start rooting. It will complete in few seconds . During this process don’t close command prompt or don’t disconnect your phone
6. on completion your phone will reboot , and “ALL DONE!!” message will appear in command prompt that means your phone rooted successfully
7. Now you can press any key to close it
