Method 1. Universal for A700 and A701 Tablet

1. Enable adb mode: Settings -> Developer options -> USB debugging - အမွန္ၿခစ္ ပါ ။
2. Unlock your bootloader for fastboot, follow here. Then reboot a tablet.
3. ဒါေလး ေဒါင္းပါ  arhive. ၿပီးရင္ ၿဖည္လိုက္ပါ ။
4. အထဲမွာ ပါ တဲ႕ Ronit.bat ကို ဖြင္႔ပါ ။

5. At first it is necessary to start the Superuser program, at least 1 time after receiving root. And only then programs that require root access.

Method 2. With the patched kernel from the A700 tablet
For ICS A700 firmware only!

1. Enable adb mode: Settings -> Developer options -> USB debugging -အမွန္ၿခစ္ ပါ ။

3.  ဒါေလး ေဒါင္းပါ this ၿပီးရင္ ၿဖည္လိုက္ပါ ။
4. Open the directory with the unpacked archive. Execute file:

Your boot.img is now patched and firmware is now rooted.

7. Run BusyBox and go through the install steps. During this SU should ask permission to give BB root access, if it does, it worked!

Method 3. From CWM recovery for A700 and A701 Tablet - Not available due to problems in the work of CWM recovery!

1. At the tablet must be installed CWM recovery.
2. Download arhive ICS_Rooting_recovery.zip. Put it on SD-card. Insert the SD-card in the tablet.
3. Run CWM recovery on the tablet and flash ICS_Rooting_recovery.zip.
Your firmware is now rooted.
4. Now you will have to install the following programs:
SuperUser
Titanium Backup
At first it is necessary to start the Superuser program, at least 1 time after receiving root. And only then programs that require root access.

Instructions

Windows
0) Install ICS on your tablet
1) Enable USB Debugging on your tablet (Settings | Development | Enable USB Debugging)
2) Plug your tablet into the computer using the USB cable
3) Load up ICS Root, choose your options and press "DO IT!"
4) Once rebooted, enjoy!!

Linux
0) Install ICS on your tablet
1) Enable USB Debugging on your tablet (Settings | Development | Enable USB Debugging)
2) Plug your tablet into the computer using the USB cable
3) Ensure you have extracted the Linux ICS Root zip file
4) Load up a terminal windows and cd to the directory containing ICS Root
5) Run chmod +x ./root.sh to make the script executable
6) Run ./root.sh -d to debug the connection. Ensure ADB detects your device
7) Run ./root.sh -h to choose what options you want
8) Run ./root.sh <your options here> to process your tablet
9) Once the tablet reboots, you're all set! Enjoy!

UnRoot
ICS UnRoot is an app I have written to REMOVE the ICS Root and all features installed by the application - effectively returning you to stock. This is useful if you get some sort of OTA notification which won't install etc
it is currently ***UNTESTED*** but should work - let me know how it goes!!

MT6575 flashing tutorial

Now that the new MediaTek chipset has been released, it is time to publish the instructions on how to flash your MT6575 based phone. Please note that the images shown on this tutorial are just examples and that you must flash your phone with the correct ROM files.

Make sure that you read everything carefully and know what you are doing. Don't blame me for any damage that may occur on your phone.

What's needed:

• USB data cable
• MediaTek USB VCOM drivers 
• SP Flash Tool (v3.1206.01 or higher)

And now the tutorial...

• First of all, make sure that you install the MT6575 USB VCOM drivers.

Flashing the whole ROM

• Open up SP Flash Tool, load the correct scatter file (MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt) for your device and ignore any message that may appear.

• Turn off your phone, remove the battery and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
• Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable. The process will start and a red progress bar will appear.

•  After the red progress bar is complete, there will appear a purple progress bar.

• Right after the purple progress bar is complete, a message will appear underneath it: “Please insert USB cable in x seconds” and the download will start right away (you will see the yellow progress bar filling up).

• When the yellow bar is complete, you'll get a popup with a green circle and Download OK message, which means that the process has been successfully terminated.

• You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Flashing only part of the ROM

• In case you want to flash just one part of the ROM, that is also possible. In the shown example, only recovery image will be flashed. Deselect all parts except the one(s) you want to flash and then press F9 (or hit Download button).

• The tool will immediately show a warning because not all parts are selected, but you should continue anyway. Safely press Yes to continue.

• The download of the chosen partition image will start and after the yellow bar is complete, the popup with the green circle should appear.

• Please note that, even though it isn't mandatory to select it on the list of images to flash, preloader file must be present in the same folder as the other partition(s) that you want to flash, or else phone will not be able to enter into download mode.

Attention: Please follow the instructions carefully. I will not take any responsibility on whatever may happen with your phone.

4. Samsung KIES မသြင္းထားရင္,ကြန္ၿပဳတာ နဲ႔ မခ်ိ္တ္ခင္ Samsung USB Drivers အရင္သြင္းပါ။

IMPORTANT: Copy cwm-root-gtab2.zip (or cwm-root-gtab2a.zip) to the ROOT of your external sdcard ( /mnt/extSdCard ). This is the micro sdcard you insert in tablet slot. Your /mnt/sdcard folder is internal memory (not recognized in CWM recovery).

To avoid confusion about using the Volume rocker switch, I'll refer to side closest to POWER button as LEFT/Volume DOWN and side away from power switch as RIGHT/VolumeUP.

STEP 1:
Turn tablet OFF and restart in download mode by pushing and holding Power & Volume UP/RIGHT buttons at same time. When wording with yellow triangle appears, push Volume down to continue into download (ODIN) mode. Don't plug tablet into computer yet.

STEP 2:
  Samsung KIES သြင္း ထားရင္ လံုး၀ ပိတ္ထား ပါ ။
Extract Odin3 v1.85.exe and run it.

STEP 3:
tablet နဲ႕ ကြန္ၿပဴတာခ်ိတ္ပါ ။
In Odin, click PDA button. Select GT-P51??_ClockworkMod-Recovery_5.5.0.4.tar file you downloaded and click START button.
Let Odin install files. When it's done installing CWM, box turns GREEN and tablet will reboot.

STEP 4:
Disconnect tablet from computer. Turn tablet OFF and restart in recovery (CWM) by pushing and holding Power & Volume DOWN/LEFT buttons at same time. When Samsung Tab 2 10.1 logo appears, you can release power button but continue holding volume button for a few more seconds. Note: If you've done this on other Samsung devices, you will notice that it takes longer before blue CWM v5.5.0.4 text appears ... just be patient.

Once you are in recovery, use volume button (UP/DOWN/LEFT OR RIGHT) to move around and POWER button to select an option.
Select install zip from sdcard. Choose cwm-root-gtab2.zip (or cwm-root-gtab2a.zip) file you already copied to root of sdcard.

When rooting is finished, choose reboot system now from CWM menu.

DONE !

1. ဖုန္းကို S-OFF လုပ္ထားလား ေသခ်ာစစ္ပါ .
2. memory card ကို FAT32 format ရိုက္ထား ပါ.
3. SD card ထဲကို PG76IMG.zip ဖိုင္ကူးထည္႕ပါ .
4. ဖုန္း settings ထဲက Fast Boot ပိတ္ပါ (Settings > Power > Disable Fastboot)
5. ဖုန္းပါ၀ါ ပိတ္လိုက္ပါ ။
6.  "power" နဲ႔ "volume down" ခလုပ္ ကို ဖိထား ပါ ။ HBOOT တက္လာပါမယ္။
7. ဘာမွမလုပ္ ပဲ ေစာင္႔ ေနပါ .Update လုပ္မလား ေမးလာရင္  OK (volume up) to start the flashing process ဆို ေပၚလာရင္ vol upႏိုပ္ ေပး လိုက္ပါ။
8. အားလံုး ၿပီးရင္ ဖုန္း ကို ပိတ္လိုက္ပါ ။
9. Let Android boot and delete the PG76IMG.zip file from your SD card via USB.
10. Congrats! Custom recovery has been installed. Process to step 2.

1. SD card ထဲကို root.zip ဖိုင္ကူးထည္႕ပါ . 
2. ဖုန္းပါ၀ါ ပိတ္လိုက္ပါ ။
3. "power" နဲ႔ "volume down" ခလုပ္ ကို ဖိထား ပါ ။ HBOOT တက္လာပါမယ္။  "RECOVERY" ထဲထပ္၀င္လိုက္ ပါ ။
4. recovery ထဲေရာက္ရင္ "install zip from sd card" ကိုေရြးပါ.
5. ၿပီးေတာ႔ "choose zip from sd card" .
6. ၿပီးေတာ႔ ထည္႔ထားတဲ႔ "root.zip"ဖိုင္ကို ေရြး ပါ။
7. "YES".
8.  "Install from sd card completed" လို႕ တက္လာတာေတြ႕ ရမယ္.
9. ၿပီးရင္ ဖုန္း ကို ပိတ္လိုက္ပါ ။

6. Hold SHIFT and right click on the background of the folder
7. Select 'Open command window here'
8. Connect your phone in fastboot mode (turn phone off, hold menu button and plug in USB Cable)
9. In the cmd windows type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version
10. If a value is returned, it means the phone is correctly connected
11. Type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY and replace KEY with the key provided in step 4.
12. You're device should now be bootloader unlocked
